EXCHANGE, Return & Refund POLICY

  • We do not accept exchanges, returns and refunds unless the item you received is damaged or defective due to our mistake. To be eligible for an exchange, return or refund the items must be returned in new and unopened condition in its original packaging within 7 days after delivery.
  • Please provide proof of purchase for us to process your exchange, return or refund.
  • Product(s) to be exchanged must be of the same value of higher. A top up is required if value of the exchanged item is lower.
  • Refund and return requests will be considered on case to case basis and amounts refunded will be done via Growing Up Credits. 
  • All exchanges, refunds and returns will be done at our office located at 18 Sin Ming Ln, #06-10/11 Midview City, Singapore 573960.

Cancellation policy

  • We do not accept cancellations after an order has been picked up by courier from our office space.
  • Otherwise, for cancellation due to change of mind and amounts have been paid, please contact us via “Cancellation Enquiry” on our Contact Us Page. Do note that amounts refunded will be via Growing Up Credits.

Missing Items

  • Kindly check your shipment once you receive it immediately or within the 7 days period, As we will not be held responsible for the missing items in your order after 7 days.
