I have a faulty/ damaged/ near expiry item(s).

For exchange, refund or return policies, please refer to our Exchange, Return & Refund Policies.

Otherwise, feel free to contact us via the Contact Us Page and we will get back to you in 2-3 working days.

I’ve received the wrong item(s).

If you have received the wrong item(s), please contact us via "Placed Order Enquiry" on the Contact Us page or email admin@growingup.sg within 7 days from the day of receipt.

An internal investigation will be conducted and we will get back to you within 2-3 working days.

Something is missing from my order.

We will contact you via Whatsapp or Facebook at times when we are unable to fulfil your order due to lack of stock or the late arrival of our products. In such cases, you will be refunded for the item or be allowed to exchange for another item of a same/ higher value.  

Otherwise, if you realise that an item is missing from your parcel and is not informed of it by us, do take a picture of the received items and contact us via "Placed Order Enquiry" or email us at admin@growingup.sg. We will conduct an internal investigation and get back to you within 2-3 working days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We usually pack your order 1-2 days after the receipt of your payment. As such, cancellation or change of items will not be allowed after courier has picked up your parcel. Otherwise, do email us at admin@growingup.sg and we will try to accede to your request as soon as possible.

I have an existing Facebook Live order on hold. Can I accumulate with my website order to hit $80 for free delivery?

We do not allow accumulation of Facebook Live and Website orders to be sent together as both system are separate. However, we will consider on case to case basis. Please contact us via "Placed Order Enquiry" or email us at admin@growingup.sg.

When can I expect my orders to arrive after payment is made?

Following the successful order pickup, you should receive your order within the following time frame: 

Local orders: within 3-5 working days
Overseas orders: varies according to location

This excludes holidays and non-working days of our respective logistics provider.
